My story
After a former career as a pole dance teacher, I decided to study Pilates and Yoga in order to release body pains and bruises.
I immediately subscribed to both certifications as my aim was also to learn and incorporate new techniques in my classes, improve my warm ups and strengthen my whole body safely.
Very instinctively, Yoga became more and more present in my pole dance classes. The flow was an evidence. Yoga Dance was showing up and my students begged me to create this unique class.
During the Worldwide pandemic, I developed an online training platform and an instagram account to keep on promoting the Yoga Dance community. I received so many requests that getting a team became a priority.
